This blog is designed to help people overcome the challenges of elderly care with hearing impairment. As a public health major, I have a particular interest in and concern for the most rapidly increasing portion of our population, the elderly. As we grow older, what we once were able to do without a second thought can become more difficult, particularly when hearing problems develop. My hope is that, through this blog, those who care the elderly will have deeper understanding of the problem as well as hope for possible improvement and even cure of the problem.
