The National Foundation for Deaf is a non-profit, non-government organization that work with its members to encourage hearing preservation and to promote good sound.

“Get in the Hearing Loop” is a campaign to enlighten and excite hearing aid users, as well as audiologists and other professionals who dispense hearing aids, about telecoils and hearing loops and their unique benefits.

The American Academy of Audiology’s campaign, Turn it to the Left, creating awareness about Noise induced hearing loss.

The Deafness Foundation relies heavily on the income from fundraising to ensure that we are able to continue to provide support for the Deaf and hearing impaired in the community.

The Palatine Lions Club uses several annual fundraisers to secure the needed capital for services and programs to the hearing and visually impaired.
